EMK Products is pleased to offer you a 14 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee for any product purchase made on this website. To return a product, simply mail the unused portion of your product along with your invoice/receipt back to the address on the original shipping label or on this web site, for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping the product back to EMK Products will be paid for by you and not EMK Products.
Please note that only products purchased from emkplacental.com will be accepted for return. There is no refund after 14 business days (Monday through Friday).

Shipping terms
Orders are processed for fulfillment, shipment and delivery during regular business hours on weekdays only. Regular business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fee for the United States is $10.95 per shipment. International shipping fee (outside of the United States) is $54.95 per shipment.
Shipping to third party
We accept orders with a billing address different from the shipping address, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card statement, and both addresses are located in the United States
Tracking Orders & Order history
After your order is placed, you will be emailed confirmation of your order. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number linked to the FedEx website, DOMINIK SET THIS UP? where you can view delivery status. You can also view the status of your order by visiting emkplacental.com and logging onto My Account with your user ID and password. Click on "view my order". Please note that FedEx may not have tracking information available until up to 12 business hours after the order has shipped.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. When possible, orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon PST
